Safe Routes to School – Rutherford

Safe Routes to School is a project focused on promoting walking and biking among school-aged children in Rutherford County. The initiative prioritizes safety and skills education, health messages, family and community safety, and community design to increase walking and biking and do so in a safe manner. We are grateful for funding support from the NC Department of Transportation and RHI Legacy Foundation for this initiative.
